Data Availability
The summary statistics of the meta-analysis, replication and other relevant data supporting the key findings of this study are available within the article and its supplementary information files; the cohort data sets generated and analyzed during the current study are available from the authors from each cohort upon reasonable request. No custom code or mathematical algorithm was used in the current study.
