All individual participant data that underline the results reported in this article, after de-identification (text, tables, figures, and appendices), study protocol, statistical analysis plan and Informed consent form are available from the corresponding author and Mohammad Javaherian (Email: Javaherian_m{at}razi.tums.ac.ir) for researchers who provide a related approved proposal and ethical committee approve to achieve aims. Patient-level information will be anonymised and study documents will be redacted to protect the privacy of trial patients. These data will be available with publication date until one year.
