Disidentified data generated by the study (questionnaire responses, biological sample results) will be made available in a public data repository within one year of study protocol closure by the responsible ethics committees. Data obtained from participants routinely collected clinic and laboratory records are owned by the South Africa National Department of Health and cannot be shared by the authors.
