Data Availability

Data used in this study come from the Alzheimer's disease neuroimaging initiative (ADNI). Investigators interested in obtaining the data can apply for access on ADNI's website: https://adni.loni.usc.edu/. The code used to compute the spatial extent measures is publicly available in sihnpy as of version v0.2, a Python package freely available for download (https://sihnpy.readthedocs.io/).
