Data Availability
Study materials (protocol, data collection tools, data dictionary, software, analysis code, and metadata) are publicly available through the Pediatric Sepsis Data CoLaboratory’s (Sepsis CoLab) Dataverse on https://borealisdata.ca/dataverse/ST_implementation . Due to the sensitive nature of clinical data and the potential risk for re-identification of research participants, the de-identified dataset is available through moderated access on the Sepsis CoLab Dataverse on https://borealisdata.ca/dataverse/ST_implementation and through the KWTRP Research Data Repository Dataverse https://kemri-wellcome.org/dataverse/. Access to these data will be granted on a case-by-case basis following approval from the authors and the Data Governance Committees.
